The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other Details to Note

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ PETS POLICY ★ ✔ We welcome dogs up to 50 lbs with a fee of $100 per pet, limit 2. ✔ Pets should not be left unattended in the house, unless housed in its own crate. ✔ We kindly request that you use pet blanket provided on the furniture for your pets. ✔ Pets are not allowed in the pool or in the hot tub. ✔ Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. We provide waste bags. ✔ Do not use kitchen dishes for your pets. There are bowls provided for your pets. ✔ Please be cautious of the presence of wild animals and keep an eye on your pets. There have been sightings of coyotes, deer, and a bear in the neighborhood. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the home! Any smoking evidence will incur a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ POOL ★ ✔ It is not heated, thus most pleasant between July through October. ✔ It is maintained and cleaned weekly year-around. ✔ Due to many trees surrounding our property and occasional windy conditions, at any point, there may be debris (leaves, acorns, twigs etc.) inside the pool. Please note that the pool is perfectly clean and safe to use and that there is a net for your use to skim off the debris if needed. ✔ For safety reasons, refrain from running around the pool, or diving into the pool. ✔ Please refrain from using glass around the pool. ✔ Pets are not allowed in the pool. ✔ Kids in pool must be supervised by adults at all times. ✔ Please shower before entering the pool ✔ Please do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
